What happened

The order also proposes splitting the combined measles, mumps and rubella vaccine into three separate shots. In January, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. cut the immunization schedule by eliminating vaccines for six of the 17 covered diseases, and a federal court blocked the change; the order reinstates that overhaul with the case unresolved.
