Trump's handpicked prosecutor indicts James Comey
Former FBI director James Comey is indicted by a Virginia grand jury on one count of false statements and one count of obstruction of a congressional proceeding, over his 2020 testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee, after Trump forces out the U.S. Attorney who had resisted bringing the case and installs loyalist Lindsey Halligan in his place.
