Trump-branded Oman golf resort expands into $4B community
Saudi developer Dar Al Arkan said it would upgrade the Trump-branded golf course in Oman's AIDA development and expand an adjacent luxury gated community valued at about $4 billion.
What happened
The expansion builds on the $500 million Trump International Oman resort Eric Trump unveiled with Dar Global. The Trump Organization licenses its name rather than investing capital; the license fee for this expansion has not been disclosed separately.
